Sizzix Popup

I took 2 classes from Karen Burniston a Licensed Designer from Sizzix. I loved each one of them and learned so much.  The first night I went home and made the Engagement one and then the next night I did the Happy Birthday.  I'm still learning and my are so plain compare to hers but it's a start.  Now to create some more.

This is a side view if you notice the vase is sitting back some more like it's sitting on a shelf.

Bunco Punch Box

So my sister and I have Bunco this month and the theme is Circus/Carvinal.
So for the non winner in bunco we will drawn names of the losers and they will
become winners by punching through the circle to get their Prize.  We will also
have rubber duckies to pick from turn them over to see if you are a winner.
More pictures will follow once we get it all set up.

I don't look at the example until after my page is Done.  I didn't realize Beatriz used her Dog for her page and I used my cat for my page Great Minds Think alike.

One of the girls at work is going to a Wedding Shower where the theme is Bar Drinks.  She wanted to write the recipe on something cute and different and asked me if I could think of anything.  This is what I came up with.   There are two since one has a real straw attached to it.  Wasn't sure if I like it that way or not.  I'm waiting for her to respond whether she liked it or not. 

Army Pages

My Step Son has joined the Army is in Boot Camp as we speak. He will be graduating Aug 16. I'm trying to do pages and add the Tweets his commander tweets and the face book comments to go with the pictures. I hope one day he will appreciate the album and will show his kids with pride.

Haven't heard from me in months and now it's 3 in the last month. lol here are Journals I made for my very special "Little Sis" I hope she likes them. 

Wendy Vecchi

I took 3 classes last week at Everything Scrapbook and stamps with Wendy Vecchi from Studio 490 and Senior Educator at Ranger.  I made these cards using some of the techniques we learned.  I learned some much I just don't know where to start.  Here is Wendy's blog I recommend you to stop on over you won't be disappointed. http://studio490art.blogspot.com/

Ok it's been a while so I still have my Beatriz training wheels on when it comes to layout.  I tried doing one following her steps.. It isn't up to theBeatriz stamp of approval but it's a start.

Can I just say I love this very talented women, and I'm proud to call her my friend. I want to say Thank you for the help she gave me after the two classes I took we worked on other pages.

I got the fever

So I'm getting inspired by everyone and their blogs so I got the fever to download what I've been working on so this weekend I will post a few things that I've done and I look forward to spending the whole weekend in my room. The pictures below are a few years old so I'll need to update them and show how the room is looking now. I'm thinking I'm moving into the room next to me as well and since it's a little clean now I will do that also this weekend. Also I made about 50 cupcake boxes with the help from people from work for a baby shower. Happy Friday and stay tune to downloads this weekend
